FV bearings comply with the requirement that the bearings of high-speed wire rod finishing mills must work continuously, reliably and stably at high speed and high impact. We use imported high-purity bearing steel, with special heat treatment, cold treatment, and material modification technology. The retainer and rolling elements are also made of special materials and special processes. The bearing raceway adopts special processing technology, according to higher precision standards, and is matched with angular contact ball bearings. This achieves a very high bearing speed and load-carrying capacity, while greatly improving the fatigue life of the bearing to meet user needs.
1, Single row deep groove ball bearing
Single row deep groove ball bearings are simple in design and cannot be separated. FV single row deep groove ball bearings adopt a special process to process the deep groove raceway, which makes the raceway and the steel ball have an excellent closeness. Under the condition of extremely high speed, the bearing can bear radial load while also bearing bidirectional axial load, and it is very durable.

2, Single row cylindrical roller bearings
Single row cylindrical roller bearings are detachable bearings for easy installation and disassembly. 3, single row angular contact bearing
Single row angular contact ball bearings can only bear bearing loads acting in one direction. Usually two or more bearings used in close contact with each other, make it bear the axial load in two directions while bearing a certain radial load. FV single row angular contact ball bearings are manufactured in accordance with high-precision standards. When assembling, strictly implement the technical conditions for the assembly of angular contact ball bearings, and reserve an appropriate clearance according to the characteristics of the high-speed wire rod mill to meet the high-speed requirements of the bearing and increase the service life.
